At Scents N Whispers, we prioritize your shopping experience and aim to ensure complete satisfaction. Here’s how our return process works:

• Return & Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.
• Product Condition: Returns are accepted if the perfume bottle is undamaged and at least 90% of the original liquid remains.
• Required Documents: Make sure to include the invoice and all original documents when sending back your product.
• Eligible Returns: Returns are accepted only in cases of product unavailability or manufacturing defects.
• Order Cancelations: If a product is unavailable or for other valid reasons, we may cancel an order and notify you via email.
• Return Shipping: If you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
