Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

During high-demand periods, promotional campaigns, or for larger multi-item orders, processing may require additional time. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Karachi: 2–4 business days
  • Rest of Pakistan: 4–7 business days

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, occasional courier delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,500 anywhere in Pakistan.

For orders below Rs. 4,500, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 250 will apply.

All shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing your tracking information.

You can use the provided tracking details to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will coordinate with the courier service and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Parcels or Products

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you safely.

If your parcel arrives damaged or if you receive a damaged product, please record a clear unboxing video before opening and contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us investigate the issue promptly and provide an appropriate resolution.
