At Scents N Whispers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is returned within 14 days of delivery.
• The perfume must have more than 90% of its liquid remaining.
• The product should be in its original packaging.
• The product should be in a condition suitable for resale.
• You must contact us before sending any product back.

Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a return.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Phone number
• Reason for the return
• Clear photos of the product, if requested

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send a product back without contacting us first.

3. Used Perfumes

We understand that fragrance is a personal experience, which is why we allow returns as long as the perfume has more than 90% of the liquid remaining and is returned within the 14-day return period.

If more than approximately 10% of the perfume has been used, the product may not qualify for a return.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will determine whether it meets our return requirements.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed using the appropriate payment method.

Please allow reasonable processing time after the returned product has been received and inspected.

5. Non-Eligible Returns

A return may be rejected if:

• The return request is made after 14 days of delivery.
• More than 10% of the perfume has been used.
• The product is damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
• The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged.
• The product does not meet our return requirements.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to the same product condition and usage requirements mentioned in this policy.
