At Scents N Whispers, we aim to make your fragrance shopping experience simple and convenient. We deliver our perfumes across Pakistan using reliable courier services.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout. Please make sure your name, phone number, city, and complete delivery address are correct before placing your order.

2. Shipping Charges

Our standard delivery charges are based on the total shipment weight:

• Up to 1 kg: Rs. 250
• Above 1 kg: Rs. 250 + Rs. 100 for each additional kg

Each perfume weighs approximately 0.25 kg, so orders containing up to 4 perfumes generally remain within the 1 kg shipping bracket and are charged Rs. 250 for delivery.

Actual shipping charges may vary if the final package weight differs from the estimated weight.

3. Free Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY on orders above Rs. 5,000.

The free-delivery offer applies to eligible orders based on the product subtotal and may be subject to applicable promotional terms.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after they are successfully placed and, where applicable, confirmed by our team.

Please ensure that your contact details are correct so our team or courier partner can contact you regarding your delivery.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times may also vary between major cities and remote areas.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled according to the courier company's delivery schedule.

6. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, please keep your phone available. Our team may contact you to confirm your order or verify delivery details.

Orders may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to confirm the order or reach the customer using the provided contact information.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Scents N Whispers is not responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from:

• Incorrect address information
• Missing house/street details
• Incorrect phone number
• Incomplete delivery information
• Customer being unavailable to receive the order

Please carefully review your information before completing your order.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable or cannot be reached, additional delivery attempts may be made according to the courier's policies.

Additional charges may apply if a shipment needs to be re-dispatched because of incorrect or incomplete customer information.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package appears visibly damaged when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be asked to provide photographs or other information so that we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
